Plain English version: you’re buying digital files, they’re delivered instantly, and sales are generally final — but if something’s actually wrong, we’ll sort it out.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital download — PDFs and related digital files. There is no physical product and nothing gets shipped.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link is available on the order confirmation page and (once email delivery is fully wired up) in your inbox.
Sales are final
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned” the way a physical item can, sales are generally final. By completing checkout, you agree that you’re purchasing a digital product for immediate delivery.
But we’re reasonable
If a genuine issue occurs — a corrupted file, a download that never worked, a duplicate charge — contact us. We’ll always attempt a fair, goodwill solution. We’re a small independent publisher; treating customers decently is the whole point.
