Short version: digital sales are final, but if something genuinely went wrong on our end, tell us and we’ll make it right.
Why sales are final
Our products are digital files delivered instantly at the moment of purchase. Once a download link is issued, the product has been delivered — there’s no way to “return” a PDF. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.
When we’ll help
We will always try to find a fair, goodwill solution if:
- Your file is corrupted or won’t open
- Your download link never arrived or stopped working
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
- Something else genuinely went wrong that wasn’t your doing
