Short version: digital sales are final, but if something went wrong on our side, tell us and we will do our best to make it right.
Why sales are final
This is a digital product. As soon as it is delivered, its value has been transferred. There is no way to return a PDF, so we do not refund orders because you changed your mind.
When we will help
If you have an issue, let us know and we will do our best to provide a goodwill gesture, for example if:
- Your file is corrupted or will not open
- Your download link never arrived or stopped working
- You were charged twice for the same product
- Something else went wrong that was not your doing
