Plain English version: you are buying digital files, they are delivered instantly, and sales are final. If something is actually wrong, tell us and we will do our best to make it right.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital download: PDFs and related digital files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link is on the order confirmation page and in your inbox.
Sales are final
This is a digital product. As soon as it is delivered, its value has been transferred, so sales are final. By completing checkout you agree that you are buying a digital product for immediate delivery.
But we are reasonable
If you have a problem, such as a corrupted file, a download that never worked or a duplicate charge, tell us through the Contact page. We will do our best to make it right with a goodwill gesture. We are a small independent publisher, and treating customers decently is the whole point.
